高职农类专业“钟点式”顶岗实训教学模式初探

摘要 农类行业的生产具有长期性、连续性和复杂性。高职农类专业采用以往“老三段式”的教学模式已无法满足目前行业社会发展的需要。为了探索农类高职应用型人才培养的实践训练模式,我们提出了“钟点式”顶岗实训模式。指利用学生业余时间.从大一开始在专业教师的指导下,进行专业实践训练和学习。重点培养专业学生的专业基本技能和专业素质。通过制定一定的实践指标体系与考核标准.达到实训质量控制和考核的目的。学生在这样的模式下,长期参与专业实践和生产实践,为解决农类专业技能训练特性(训练周期长、连续性以及经验的长期积累等)进行了有益的探索,通过我们园艺技术、商品花卉2个专业的2个教学周期的应用.学生应用能力的培养效果良好。 Agricultural production is long-term, continuous and complexity, the teaching mode of "three-stages" is tooold-fashioned to meet the need of current social development in higher vocational colleges. In order to find the right mode oftraining applied talents, the "part-time" working practice mode is put forward. It means the students from the freshman yearare going to use spare time to make professional practice training and learning under the guidance of professional teachers.The key point of training is students' basic ability and quality, and then through the practical index system and appraisalstandard to achieve the purpose of practical training quality control and appraisal. Under this mode, it's helpful to solve theagriculture problem if the students have long time to participate in professional production and practice. Through two teachingcycles, it has good effect of training their application ability that's major is horticultural technique and commercial flower.
