高职电子类学生专业认同与学习动力的关系分析——以温州科技职业学院为例

摘要 随着高职教育的规模不断扩张,高职教育人才培养质量成为日益关注的课题。高职学生的学习动力不够强劲,部分学生的专业认可度偏低。势必会影响到学校的社会认可度。本研究选取温州科技职业学院电子类学生为研究对象.通过实证调查和深度访谈,旨在分析学生专业认同和学生学习动力的基本情况以及之间的关系,并提出相应的调适策略。 With the development of the higher vocational education, the quality of personnel training will be concernedincreasingly. Most students have no enough impetus to learning and part of them are low of professional acceptability, thatwill affect the college's acceptability in society, The electronic specialty students in Wenzhou Vocational College of Scienceand Technology are selected as the research subject to analyze the main fundamental state and relationship of professional i-dentity and learning motivation through investigation and deep interview, then the related strategy is put forward.
