学籍管理工作是高等学校教学管理的重要组成部分，对稳定学校的正常教学秩序，打造优良的校风、促进教学质量的提高，保证育人目标的实现起着极为重要的作用。本文重点探讨了高职院校学籍管理中出现的问题，以及如何从“人性化、协同化”的角度看待和解决矛盾，真正实现“以生为本”的育人理念。

Student status management is an important part of college teaching administration. It plays a very important role in stabilizing teaching order, creating excellent school spirit, improving teaching quality, and guaranteeing the achievement of teaching goal. This paper emphatically analyses the problem of college student status management, and resolves the conflict from humanization and coordination, thereby truly fulfills the teaching concept of student-oriented.
