复合型电子商务人才培养模式研究

文章对复合型电子商务人才专业技能和我国高职院校电子商务人才培养现状做了阐述。分析了高职院校电子商务人才培养存在的问题，并从明确专业定位、优化教学团队、加快教育模式转变、全面提升学生素质结构四个方面对复合型电子商务人才培养模式进行了研究。

The paper discussed the present conditions of complex e-commerce talents with professional skills and vocational college of our country electronic commerce talent, analyzes the existing problems of ecommerce talent training in higher vocational colleges, and from the clear professional orientation, optimizing the teaching team, speed up the transformation of education model, the comprehensive promotion of students＇ quality structure in four aspects of the study on composite electronic commerce talent cultivation mode.
