高职院校提升特色科研服务的思考

Thoughts on Improve Services of the Characteristics Research in Higher Vocational Colleges

科研及服务能力作为高职院校提升综合实力和服务社会的主要手段，其水平的高低直接关系到学校的竞争力和显示度。然而，高职院校的科研工作起步晚、基础弱，因此在科研管理中存在一系列问题亟待解决。针对这些问题，笔者进行了思考，并从服务定位、科研投入、完善制度、成果转化等方面提出了一些具体改进策略，以期改变高职院校当前科研现状，提升特色科研服务能力。

Scientific research ability and service level for scientific as the main means to improve the comprehensive strength and service for the society, are directly related to the competitiveness and popularity of vocational colleges. However, scientific research develops lately and is based on a weak foundation, so there are many problems to be resolved in the research management. Aiming at these disadvantages, several detailed strategies are put forward to change the existing state of research in vocational colleges and enhance service ability for special scientific research.
