“安全岛”理论与数字档案馆信息风险管理研究

Research on the Theory of Safety Island and the Information Risk Management of Digital Archives

针对不同领域中“安全岛”抽象的概念，本文提出“安全岛”理论是一套技术、管理、机制的防护策略理论。并从数字档案馆信息流的角度，分别从横向、纵向、网格的维度论述“安全岛”理论运用到数字档案馆信息风险管理中的策略模式。

Based on the safety island in different fields have different abstract concepts, this paper summarizes that the theory of safety island is a protection strategy theory of technology, management and mechanism. Additionally, in terms of the digital archives＇ information flows, the strategy of the theory of safety island is expound to use in information risk management of digital archives from the dimensions of horizontal, vertical and grid.
