摘要
目前高职涉农类专业青年教师实践教学能力普遍较低，文章从现状分析出发，从多渠道引进人才、深化校企合作、推进产学研结合、拓展培养方式、强化实践能力考核等有效途径入手，不断提高高职涉农类专业青年教师实践教学能力。
At present, the practice of teaching ability of young agriculture-related teachers is generally low. Based on the current situation of the practical abilities of the young and agriculture-related teachers in higher vocational colleges,the essay puts forward some ways to improve their practical teaching abilities by multi-channels to？？bring talents, such as deepening school-enterprise cooperation, combining driving ed-ucation with production and research, expanding training styles and strengthening the assessment of practi-cal abilities.
