摘要
论述了高炉冶炼工艺和COREX冶炼工艺中制氧系统配置的特点,分析了钢铁联合企业制氧系统配置中关注重点:氧氮氩纯度、压力及提升工艺、气体管网和保安系统的配置、制氧站总体布置及噪声治理等。
The configuration features of the oxygen generating system for blast furnace ironmaking process and COREX process are discussed. The focuses in the configuration of oxygen generating system in united steel enterprises are analyzed, such as the purity, pressure and pressure step-up process of oxygen, nitrogen and argon, the configuration of pipe network and system security, the overall layout of oxygen station and noise suppression.
