踝臂指数与不同严重程度冠心病相关性临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究踝臂指数与不同严重程度冠心病之间是否存在相关性。方法将162例患者根据冠状动脉造影结果分为正常组、单支病变组、双支病变组、严重病变组,所有患者均收集性别、吸烟史、高血压史、糖尿病史、年龄、甘油三酯、胆固醇、踝臂指数等基本临床资料,并行统计学分析。结果踝臂指数在正常组、单支病变组、双支病变组、严重病变组各组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且踝臂指数随病变程度增加而逐渐降低,与冠心病严重程度之间存在独立相关性。结论踝臂指数对冠心病高危患者的早期诊断、预后评估等有一定临床意义,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
