摘要
综述核心自我评价的概念、结构及测量,总结核心自我评价在护理学专业领域的应用,以期为我国的护理教学和护理管理工作提供一定的参考和借鉴。
It reviewed the concept,structure and measurement of core self-evaluation.It summarized the application of core self-evaluation in the nursing field,so as to provide references for the nursing teaching and nursing management in China.
