新护士培训有效需求分析胜任力问卷的建立和信效度分析 被引量:6

Establishment of new nurse training effective demand analysis competency questionnaire and analysis of its reliability and validity

摘要 [目的]建立新护士培训有效需求分析胜任力问卷,并测量其信效度。[方法]应用心理测量学的理论与技术,严格以新护士胜任力词典为基础,编制新进护士培训有效需求分析胜任力问卷。采用SPSS 16.0和AMOS 17.0软件进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。[结果]独立样本t检验结果显示,均P<0.05,问卷中的所有试题均达到显著水平,具有良好的鉴别度。样本适当性系数KMO的指标为0.926。Barrlett球形检验结果显示,χ2=12 680.907,df为3 655,P=0.000,累积解释总方差变异量为48.64%。可靠性分析结果显示,Cronbach’sAlpha为0.977;验证性因素分析拟合指标指数χ2=269.88,df为104,P=0.000,RMSEA为0.084。[结论]基于新护士胜任力模型建立的新护士胜任力问卷的信效度较好,问卷结果将有利于分析新护士在17个胜任特征上的胜任程度。 Objective:To establish new nurse training effective demand analysis competency questionnaire and measure the reliability and validity of it.Methods:The new nurse training effective demand analysis competency questionnaire was compiled by using the theory and technology of psychometrics strictly on the basis of new nurse competency dictionary SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 17.0 software were used for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results:The independent samples t-test results showed that all P<0.05,and all the questions in the questionnaire reached significant level and had the good identification.Sample appropriate coefficient KMO index was 0.926.Barrlett spherical test results showed that χ2=12 680.907,df was 3 655,P=0.000,total cumulative explained variance was 48.64%.Reliability analysis results show that Cronbach's Alpha was 0.977;Confirmatory factor analysis fitting index χ2=269.88,df was 104,P=0.000,RMSEA was 0.084.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of new nurse competency questionnaire was better which was established based on the new nurse competency model.The questionnaire results will be beneficial to analyze the competency degree of new nurses in 17 competency characteristics in.
