摘要
双折线开槽滚筒因可以有效降低钢丝绳的磨损而被广泛应用在石油钻井绞车和重型起重机械中。以工程实践为基础,介绍了双折线滚筒的设计原理与原则;分析了不同结构形式下滚筒爬坡段的绳槽结构,推导出该段主要结构参数的计算公式,实现了双折线滚筒的全参数化设计。
The drum with a parallel groove and two cross-over points can effectively reduce the rope wear in multilayer spooling,and is widely used in oil field and heavy lifting equipment.Based on engineering practice,the principles of double broken-line drum are introduced and the different structure of cross over portion of different drum and derived the formula for calculation of main parameters are analyzed.
