摘要
钻完井作业使用的浮阀存在寿命短、失效率较高等问题。研制了自衡式单流阀,采用滑套与凸轮驱动连接、阀片向滑套内壁贴合、氟胶和软金属组合密封的设计。减少了密封面冲刷失效的几率;解决了低、高压状态下密封的稳定性与抗高温性。室内模拟试验及现场应用结果表明:该单流阀开、关及时,密封良好,性能稳定,在井下各种倾角状态下可以置于完井管柱的任何位置,满足碳酸盐岩超深水平井完井管柱配置、压裂、酸化等的施工要求。
The existing floating valves used in well-completion operation have some drawbacks such as short lifetime,high failure rate and etc.Therefore,a kind of self-equilibrating check valve is developed.This kind of self-equilibrating check valve is mainly composed by switching valve, valve seat,flapper and sleeve.The unique design are featured by the connection of sliding sleeve and cam driving gear,flapper jointing towards inner wall of sleeve,and the combination of fluoro rubber seal and soft metal seal.The new design reduces the ratio of seal failure caused by wash-ing,solved sealing stability in both low and high pressure and high-temperature resistance prob-lems.The laboratory simulation test and field applications show that this new check valve can switch without delay,seal well,more stable than that of conventional check valve,work well in different angle in downhole condition and could be installed at any position on completion string. This new check valve satisfied the requirement for horizontal completion string design,fracturing, acidizing and other relevant stimulation operations in deep carbonate reservoir.
