摘要
采用等离子喷涂技术在45钢表面成功制备了铝青铜涂层,研究了主气(Ar)流量、次气(H2)流量、喷涂距离以及喷涂电流等热喷涂参数对涂层孔隙率、硬度和结合强度等的影响规律。结果表明:影响涂层孔隙率的因素主次顺序为喷涂距离>主气流量>喷涂电流>次气流量;影响涂层硬度的因素主次顺序为主气流量>喷涂电流>次气流量>喷涂距离;影响结合强度的因素主次顺序为喷涂电流>喷涂距离>主气流量>次气流量;本实验条件下,等离子喷涂铝青铜涂层的最佳工艺参数为:喷涂距离100 mm,喷涂电流400A,主气流量2 500 L/h,次气流量30L/h。
The aluminium bronze coatings on 45 steel were successfully prepared by plasma spray.Effects of thermal spray experimental parameters( such as argon flow rate,hydrogen flow rate,spray distance and spray current etc.) on the porosity,hardness and bond strength were studied. Results indicate that the effect order on the porosity is spray distance > argon flow rate > spray current > hydrogen flow rate,the effect order on the hardness is argon flow rate > spray current > hydrogen flow rate > spray distance,the effect order on the bond strength is spray current > spray distance > argon flow rate >hydrogen flow rate. The optimum technology parameters for plasma spray aluminium bronze coating are:spray distance 100 mm,spray current 400 A,argon flow rate 2500 L / h and hydrogen flow rate 30 L / h under the experimental condition in this paper.
