攀钢烧结系统技术升级改造与运行效果

摘要 为了为淘汰落后产能,提升技术与装备水平,实现节能减排,满足环保要求,攀钢钒公司对烧结系统进行全面的技术升级改造。新建两台360 m2与一台260 m2大中型烧结机,取代已运行40多年的五台130 m2烧结机,建设工程于2009年6月-2012年8月相继完成。新建烧结机结合钒钛矿烧结特点进行优化设计,采用了世界上最先进的新技术、新工艺、新设备、新材料,建成投产后实现了快速达产并进入高产稳产阶段。技术升级改造推动了钒钛矿烧结技术进步与攀钢发展,烧结利用系数达1.5 t/m2.h以上,新增产能440万t/a,实现了绿色烧结,优化了炉料结构,经济效益与社会效益显著。在此期间形成了多项知识产权,主要技术经济指标处于国内领先水平。 In order to eliminate backward production capacity,improve technology and equipment level,achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,meet environmental requirements,a comprehensive technical upgrading of sintering system has been achieved in Panzhihua Steel. The construction projects,in which two new 360 m2 and one 260 m2 large and medium- sized sintering machines were built to replace five 130 m2 sintering machines that had run for more than 40 years,have been successively completed in June 2009- August 2012. The optimization designs were adopted in the new sintering machines combinied with the characteristics of vanadium titanium magnetite ore sintering. and the world's most advanced new technologies,new processes,new equipment,new materials were applied. After construction and operation,production quickly reached to design capacity and entered into the stage of high and stable production. Technology upgrading promoted the vanadium and titanium ore sintering technology progress and development of Panzhihua Steel,and sintering coefficient reached above 1. 5 t / m2.h,new capacity was increased by 4. 4 million t / a,the economic and social benefits were remarkable due to implementing the green sintering and optimizing the burden structure. A number of intellectual property rights have been formed and main technical and economic indicators reached leading level in China during this period.
