紫杉醇脂质体对食管癌患者的抗肿瘤作用分析

The pathological analysis on anti-tumor effect of paclitaxel liposome in patients with esophageal cancer

目的探讨紫杉醇脂质体对食管癌患者的抗肿瘤作用。方法回顾性分析我院收治的140例食管癌患者的临床资料，根据用药情况分为观察组和对照组，且两组均为70例。观察组应用紫衫醇脂质体每次剂量为135～175mg／m2，对照组应用传统用紫杉醇，每次剂量为135～175mg／m2，两组都以卡铂治疗为基础，3周／次，1次为1个周期，随着疗程的进展，部分患者由于放弃或死亡退出了接下来的化疗。其中观察组化疗2个疗程的有45例，化疗6个疗程的有29例。对照组化疗2个疗程的有46例，化疗6个疗程的有22例。结果6个疗程化疗后，观察组的疗效明显优于对照组；而其溶媒所产生的变态反应，观察组明显少于对照组，其余不良反应两组相仿。结论紫杉醇脂质体联合铂类治疗食管癌具有良好效果，其溶媒产生更少的变态反应。紫杉醇脂质体联合卡铂类治疗食管癌在临床值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect of paclitaxel liposome in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Retrospectively analysed 140 esophageal cancer patients treated in our hospital, divided into observation group （70 cases） and control group （70 cases） according to drug. Observation group received dose of paclitaxel liposome 135-175mg/m2, the control group received conventional paclitaxel, by dose of 135～175mg/m2, carboplatin therapy in both groups, repeated ev- ery 3 week as a recycle with the progress of course, part of the chemotherapy patients quited due to abjuration or death. 45 cases accepted two recycles, 29 cases accepted six recycles in observation group. 46 cases accepted two recycles, 22 cases ac- cepted six recycles in countrd group Results The curative effect of observation group was significantly better than control group, control group allergic reaction produced by menstrual of observation group was significantly less than control group, the remaining adverse effect was similar in both groups. Conclusion Liposomal paclitaxel combined with platinum has better ef- fect and less allergic reaction. Liposomal paclitaxel combined with platinum deserved to be applied for the treatment of esophageal cancer.
