医院离退休老干部管理工作探讨

做好医院离退休老干部管理工作是医院工作的重要组成部分。本文论述了离退休干部管理的重要意义与价值,并分析当前离退休干部管理存在的问题。对进入"双高期"的离休干部以及高龄、生病住院、生活不能自理、孤寡独居、有特殊困难的退休干部应该给予特别关怀。认真落实离退休干部的政治待遇、生活待遇。医院党委多年来一直把春节期间走访慰问离退休职工的工作列入每年工作的计划,认真地做好老干部服务工作。开展"老少携手""老帮老"志愿服务活动,青年团员组成志愿者小组,开展为孤寡老人上门的服务活动,为老同志解决生活上的需求、提供生活上的方便。发挥老干部处工作人员的积极性是做好离退休工作的关键。选配老干部处工作人员年龄要适当,协调组织能力要强,情况要熟悉,性格要互补,保持人员的稳定。要对工作人员严格要求、严格管理,积极探索行之有效的老干部工作方法 ,进一步探索如何做好北京儿童医院离退休干部服务管理工作。

Management of retired cadres in hospital is an important part of hospital work. The significance and value of the retired cadres management was discussed and the current problems existing in the retired cadre management were analyzed in this paper. Special cares should be given to the ＂double-high＂ period of retired cadres and aged, sick in hospital, somebody who cannot take care of himself, lonely living alone, and special difficulties of retired cadres. Im- plement the policy of retired cadre＇s political treatment, material amenities. The hospital party committee visits and condolences the retired cadres during the Spring Festival for many years, and it is included in the annual work plans, and the service work for the retired cadres executes earnestly. Volunteer service activities of ＂young-help-old ＂, ＂old- help-old＂ are carried out, youth league members formed volunteer groups to help elderly cadres with door-to-door service and provide convenience. Bring the initiative of the cadres section staff into full play is the key to do the good job for the retired. The staff should have appropriate personnel age, coordination ability of organization, personality to com- plement, be more familiar with condition, and maintain the stability. Putting staffs into strict management, and actively explore effective working methods for retired cadres, further explore how to do management services for retired cadre of Beijing Children＇s Hospital well.
