新形势下我军形象目标定位探析

Orientation of PLA′S image in new situation

加强我军形象建设,是实现强军目标的内在要求,对部队全面建设具有重要的牵引作用,是新形势下维护我国安全与发展利益、有效履行我军职责使命、更好发挥我军政治工作优势和引领社会精神文明建设的需要。科学定位我军形象目标,要以强军目标为引领,以新形势下我军担负的职责使命为依据,综合考量时代条件和历史因素,深切回应人民期待。笔者认为,在新的历史时期,我军的形象定位需要涵盖六个基本方面,即忠诚、威武、文明、胜利、和平及开放。

To strengthen the construction of the PLAts image is not only the inherent demand of building a strong army, which would promote the army＇s construction greatly, but the requirement of maintaining our countryrs safety and development interests, fulfilling our military missions effective- ly, making better use of our political work and leading the construction of social spiritual civilization. To orientate our military image scientifically, we should take the objective of building a strong army as guidance and the PLAts responsibility and mission as ground, considering both the contemporary time and the history circumstance and responding to the people＇s expectation. In the new time, the o- rientation of the PLA＇s image should cover six basic aspects： loyalty, might, civilization, triumph, peace and openness.
