Evaluation of emergency management capability of PLA in disposing major emergencies

应急管理能力评估是应急管理能力建设的重要内容。针对军队处置重大突发事件应急管理能力评估存在的问题,探讨了实施应急管理能力评估应注意的问题,并结合军队处置突发事件的实际,提出了做好应急管理能力评估工作的具体对策。

The evaluation of the emergency management capability is an important part of the capacity- building in disposing some major emergencies. The paper aims to explore the existed problems in evaluating the PLAts emergency management capability, to discuss what should be paid attention to in carrying out the evaluation of the emergency management capability, and thus to put forward some measures that could enhance the evaluation work on the emergency management capability by considering the practice that the PLA disposes the emergencies, so as to provide some reference for improving the evaluation work of the PLAts emergency management capability.
