摘要
当前的职教"双师型"教师队伍存在来源渠道过窄、师资数量紧张、学位职称结构不整、评价评定标准单一等问题。应通过加强制度保障、完善培养条件、创新奖评机制及积极引进人才等路径来优化和提升"双师型"教师队伍质量,推进高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设。
Currently the vocational ＂double qualification＂ teaching faculty has the problems of narrow source channels, small quantity, structural irregularity in academic degrees and professional tides, and single evaluation criteria. Strengthening system guarantee, improving cultivation conditions, making innovations in evaluation mechanism and introducing talents are paths to optimize and improve the quality of the ＂double qualification＂ teaching faculty and promote its construction in higher vocational colleges.
