中职学生就业创业心理现状及能力培养策略

The Psychological State of Secondary Vocational Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship and Their Ability Cultivation Strategy

职业教育担负着培养现代经济社会发展所需要的高素质技能型人才的任务。需全面提升学生的就业创业能力和职业操守,坚持"以就业为导向",不断提高职业学校学生的就业质量。职业学校创业教育是一项系统工程,是市场经济对学校人才培养提出的新要求。中职学生有自主创业意愿,缺少行动;自主创业目的是满足个人需要;有竞争勇气,缺乏经验。应采取开设就业与创业课程、成立学生创业园并予以政策扶持等策略提高学生就业创业能力。

Vocational education takes on the task of cultivating high quality skilled talents for modem economic＂ and social development. To complete the task, we need to improve the students＂ employment ability and professional ethics, adhere to the ＂employment oriented＂ objective, and continuously improve the employment quality of vocational students. The entrepreneurship education in vocational schools is a systematic project, which is a new requirement for the cultivation of the talents. Secondary vocational students have the intention of self-employment, however they are lack of action, their purpose of self-employment is to meet individual needs; they have the courage to compete, however they are lack of experience. Therefore, employment and entrepreneurship courses should be set up, and the students＂ entrepreneurship parks with policy support should be established to improve the students＂ entrepreneurship abilities.
