摘要
高职院校招生方式多样化的改革变化,促进高职教育工作者必须创新人才培养模式,实施分层分类人才培养,构建科学合理的课程体系,产教融合,校企合作,实现学生个体的发展目标。分层分类人才培养,以人为本,极大地促进了学生个性发展;培养了学生个性化品质;满足了不同行业、不同岗位对知识、技能的不同要求,契合社会多样化需求。
With the diversification of student recruiting methods in higher vocational colleges, the innovation of talent training mode should be updated for classification talent training, the scientific and reasonable curriculum system should he constructed, and production-teaching integration and school-enterprise cooperation should be promoted to realize the students" indiyidual development goals. The classification talent training is a people-based training which can greatly promote the students" individual development, cultivate their individual quality, meet the knowledge and skill requirements of different industries and positions, and meet the requirement of the diversification of the society.
