摘要
中职校数控专业人才培养与企业的需求仍不相匹配。中职校数控专业的课程设置、师资队伍建设、基地建设等存在一定问题。中职校数控专业应瞄准企业需求,与企业深度合作,加强软、硬件建设,才能提高办学质量,增加专业吸引力。
The talent training in secondary vocational numerical control specialty does not meet the requirements of the enterprises. Its problems existing in the curriculum set up, teaching faculty construction and base construction should be aimed at the needs of enterprises with in-depth schoolenterprise cooperation. Moreover, its software and hardware construction should be strengthened in order to improve the education quality and increase the professional appeal.
