石家庄邮电职业技术学院在"立足邮政,主动服务"的办学实践中,紧紧围绕邮政企业人力资源建设战略要求和企业实际,实践了以企业需求为导向的"准邮政人"特色教育培养模式,构建了以企业岗位为基础的"百万邮政员工"继续教育体系,创建了国内领先世界一流的中国邮政远程教育平台,为企业转型升级、谋求发展做出了积极贡献。高职院校只有在服务企业转型升级过程中努力实现自身的能力再造和创新发展,才能获得自我变革、自我重塑、自我再创的生机活力。
In the school-running practice of "being based on post and providing good service", Shijiazhuang Post & Telecommunication Technical College revolves around the postal enterprise human resource construction strategy and the practical needs of the enterprise to undertake the characteristic talent cultivation mode.
