摘要
随着校企合作的不断深入,一场文化变革在中职学校悄然发生。为积极应对变革,江阴市商业中等专业学校推出了"三同四式"育人策略,有效提高了中职学校的人才培养质量。
With the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation, a culture reform has occurred in secondary vocational schools. In order to actively encounter the reform, Jiangyin Secondary Vocational School of Business puts forward a new education strategy, which effectively improves the talent training quality in the school.
