摘要
运用包含非合意产出的SBM-Undesirable模型测算了2003-2012年间我国地级及以上城市的城市效率,并将其分解为纯技术效率与规模效率,从城市区域差异、规模差异的角度进行了比较分析。结果显示:我国城市效率整体水平偏低;从区域来看,东部地区纯技术效率最高,西部次之,中部最低,规模效率东中西地区依次递减;从规模差异来看,纯技术效率呈U型变化,规模效率呈倒U型变化。
This essay uses SBM- undesirable model which include undesirable output to measure prefecture- level cities' urban efficiency in China during 2003- 2012,and divides them into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of urban efficiency. The results show that: the level of urban efficiency is low,with the great progress of space; From a regional perspective,pure technical efficiency of the east is the highest,followed by the west,central lowest,scale efficiency of the three regions followed by decreasing; In terms of scale,the pure technical efficiency shows 'U- type'change,the scale efficiency showed 'inverted U'change.
