摘要
经皮冠状动脉介入技术因日益广泛而深入的开展,其教学内容已成为心内科临床教学的重点,病例教学法(CBL)联合以问题为基础(PBL)教学模式克服传统以讲座为基础的学习(LBL)教学法的基础上的不足之处,很好地调动了学员的学习积极性,有助于临床综合思维能力、实践操作能力培养,可取得良好的教学效果。
With the rapidly developing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in diagnosis and treatment for patients with coronary heart disease, the teaching method about PCI is becoming difficult and key spots in cardiological sickroom. CBL combined with the PBL could overcome the inadequacy of conventional Lecture-based learning method in the teaching process, which could stimulated the students’ interest on studying cardiological invention techology, mobilized their learning initiative, cultivated their independent thinking and high level clinical thinking ability, and improved the teaching effect.
