连续性和间歇性肾替代治疗治疗肾衰竭的临床效果对比分析

Clinical Effect Contrast Analysis of Continuous and Intermittent Renal Replacement Therapy for Treatment of Renal Failure

目的研究探讨连续性和间歇性肾替代治疗治疗肾衰竭的临床效果对比。方法选取我院收治的肾衰竭患者50例作为研究对象,按照患者肾替代治疗的方式不同将其分为两组,每组均为25例,分别采用间歇性肾替代治疗和连续性肾替代治疗对患者进行治疗,对比APACHEⅡ评分和死亡率。结果治疗后间歇性肾替代治疗组和连续肾替代治疗组病患的APACHEⅡ评分、死亡率的比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论采用间歇性肾替代治疗治疗肾衰竭患者的临床治疗效果与连续性肾替代治疗相似,其设备简单、操作便捷、经济性更优。

Objective To study the clinical effect contrast analysis of continuous and intermittent renal replacement therapy for treatment of renal failure. Methods 50 cases of our hospital kidney failure patients as the research object, according to the patients with renal replacement therapy in different ways to be divided into two groups, each group of 25 cases, adopt the intermittent renal replacement therapy and continuous renal replacement therapy to treat patients compared APACHE Ⅱ score and mortality. Results After treatment of intermittent renal replacement therapy group and continuous renal replacement therapy patients of APACHE Ⅱ score, mortality is no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The intermittent renal replacement therapy in the treatment of renal failure patients treatment effect is similar to continuous renal replacement therapy, its simple equipment, convenient operation, economy better.
