慢性高原性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者的护理

Nursing of Chronic High Altitude Heart Disease Complicated With Heart Failure Patients

目的探讨临床护理在慢性高原性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者临床中的应用价值。方法选取在我院接诊的46例慢性高原性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者,其接受整体护理干预,设为观察组。回顾性分析同期我院接诊的45例慢性高原性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者的临床资料,其接受常规护理,设为对照组。结果在接受不同护理情况下,两组慢性高原性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者的护理满意度对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对慢性高原性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者进行整体护理干预,有利于促进患者的临床恢复。

Objective To study the clinical nursing in chronic high altitude heart disease complicated with heart failure patients in the clinical application value. Methods Selected in our hospital departments of 46 cases of chronic high altitude disease complicated with heart failure patients, to accept the overall nursing intervention, set as observation group. Retrospective analysis of the same period departments of 45 cases of chronic high altitude disease complicated with heart failure patients with clinical data, its for routine care, set as control group. Results In different nursing cases, two groups of chronic high altitude disease complicated with heart failure patients satisfaction with nursing care, statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The chronic high altitude disease complicated with heart failure patients with overall nursing intervention, promote the patient＇s clinical recovery.
