腰椎间盘突出症治疗中采取舒适护理的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Comfortable Nursing in the Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的分析探讨对腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中采取舒适护理干预的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为观察对象,采用随机的方式将其分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组患者采取常规的护理干预手段;观察组患者采取心理和生理联合干预的舒适护理干预。对两组患者的护理成效进行对比。结果观察组患者的护理疗效优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取整体性的、个性化的舒适护理模式,能够显著改善治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of the clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention. Methods Our hospital between March 2014~March 2015 patients, 86 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated as research object, USES the random, it can be divided into observation group and control group （n=43）. Control group patients adopt routine nursing interventions. Observation group of patients taking mental and physical combined intervention of comfortable nursing intervention. On two groups of patients with nursing effect were compared. Results The observation group of patients with nursing patients with curative effect signiifcantly better than the control group, difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc take integrity and personalized comfortable nursing mode, can signiifcantly improve the treatment effect, improve the patient＇s quality of life.
