探讨ICU转入普通病房患儿及家长的心理需求以及采取的护理对策

Study of ICU to the Children and Their Parents in the Ward and Nursing Countermeasures of Psychological Needs

目的探讨患儿从ICU转入普通病房后患儿与家长的心理需求及转房后家长与护理人员应采取的护理对策。方法选取我院ICU病房接受护理后转入普通病房的患儿61例,待患者意识恢复且可自由活动时对患儿及家长以聊天或问卷的方式调查其情绪及心理需求,同时调查家长对患儿转房后相关护理知识的把握情况。结果通过调查问卷分析研究发现,患儿从ICU转入普通病房后,家长对患儿的病情及治疗情况、医护人员的护理工作及相关护理知识存在需求。结论从患儿及家长心理需求角度出发有针对性的展开护理工作能够更好的协调医护关系,提高对患儿的护理质量。

Objective To investigate the children transferred to a general ward from the ICU after the psychological needs of children and parents, and turn the room parents and caregivers should take nursing. Methods Hospital ICU ward care into a general ward after 61 cases of children, be patient recovered consciousness and for children and parents to chat or survey questionnaires when their emotional and psychological needs can be free, while the survey of parents after the transfer of the housing-related care and knowledge of children＇s grasp of the situation. Results The questionnaire analysis study found that children transferred to the general ward from the ICU, the parents of children with the condition and treatment, medical care and work-related needs of nursing knowledge exists. Conclusion From the perspective of the needs of children and parents psychological departure targeted expansion of nursing care can be better coordinated relationships, improve the quality of care for children.
