摘要
目的探讨前庭刺激带给脑瘫儿童平衡功能的临床疗效。方法取2012年12月~2014年12月在我院接受康复治疗的脑瘫儿童患者80例,进行为期2个月的荡秋千、摇头前庭刺激康复治疗。治疗完成前后采用粗大运动训练量表对患儿的平衡功能进行测定,对比分析强化前庭刺激的临床疗效。结果在80例患儿中,有73例患儿的平衡功能得到了明显的改善,6例患儿的平衡功能得到了加强,仅有1例患儿的平衡功能无明显好转,其治疗的总有效率为98.75%。结论强化前庭刺激在脑瘫儿童康复治疗中的应用能有提高患儿协调性,改善患儿身体平衡功能。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vestibular stimulation bring balance function of children with cerebral palsy. Methods December 2012~December 2014 in our hospital 80 cases of children with rehabilitation a two-month swing, shaking his head vestibular stimulation rehabilitation. Before and after the completion of treatment using coarse sports training scale balance function in children were determined to strengthen the comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of vestibular stimulation. Results In 80 cases, 73 cases of balance function got obvious improvement, 6 cases of balance function strengthened, only 1 case with balance function has no obvious improvement, the treatment the total effective rate was 98.75%. Conclusion Strengthen vestibular stimulation in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy treatment of the children have to improve coordination, improve body balance function in children.
