摘要 新疆维吾尔自治区少数民族人口众多,因地理、历史的原因,80%以上的少数民族群众汉语基础薄弱,甚至不懂汉语。虽然新疆一直采用"双语"教学模式,但由于师资匮乏、教学资源不足、模式单一等问题一直难以解决,这不仅制约了少数民族熟练掌握和运用现代科学技术的能力,影响民族综合素质,更不利于地区经济社会的发展和国家的长治久安。为适应新的改革形势和国家发展的需求,针对"双语"教学发展的瓶颈,基于多语种软件研发方面有较丰富的经验,中科院新疆理化技术研究所联合中科院声学研究所等疆内外单位,开展了新疆双语教学软件平台关键技术研发与应用项目的研究,并取得了一系列显著成果。 The minority in Xinjiang Province has large population.However, due to geographical and historical reasons, above 80% the minority people Chinese foundation is weak, and even do not understand Chinese. Although Xinjiang Province has always been a "bilingual" teaching mode, but because of the lack of teachers, lack of teaching resources, a single model has difficult to solve problems. This not only restricts the ability of minority proficiency and the use of modern science and technology, the impact of national comprehensive quality, but not conducive to the region's economic development and long-term stability of the country's society. In order to meet the needs of the new situation of reform and development of the country, for the "bilingual" bottleneck teaching, according to the multilingual software research and development having rich experience, The Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics & Chemistry, CAS joint CAS Institute of Acoustics and other units inside and outside Xinjiang conducted research of Bilingual teaching software platform development of key technologies and application projects, and made a series of remarkable achievements.
