摘要
重庆电网负荷的快速增长和川渝电网运行方式耦合的紧密性,导致川电东送通道在大负荷运行方式下出现功率分布严重不平衡问题,川渝电网输电能力因此受到限制。为解决该问题,基于直流潮流模型,分别从发电优化调度与互联网架建设改造两个方面建立提升川电东送输送能力的优化模型。利用优化工具分别对两种方案的优化模型进行求解,给出川渝电网发电优化调度与互联网架建设改造的优化结果。方案应用效果表明,川渝电网发电优化调度与互联网架建设改造均能提升川电东送输送能力,且川渝互联网架建设改造方案的效果更佳,工程造价相对较高。现场可根据实际条件和需求,选择合适方案进行实施。
As rapid growth of load in Chongqing and the tightness of Sichuan-Chongqing operation mode coupled, distribution of power in the transmission path from Sichuan to the east appears to be unbalanced seriously under the operation mode of heavy load. So the power transmission capacity of Sichuan-Chongqing is limited. Optimization models of optimal generation dispatching and construction of interconnected grid structure are proposed respectively to improve the capacity of power transmission from Sichuan to the east based on the DC power flow model. Optimization results of optimal generation dispatching and construction of interconnected grid structure are supplied by using optimization toolbox to solve the optimization models respectively. Application effect of the schemes shows that both optimal generation dispatching and construction of interconnected grid structure can improve power transmission from Sichuan to Chongqing. The effect of construction of interconnected grid structure is better, but its engineering cost is higher. Field technicians can choose the suitable scheme to implement based on actual conditions and requirements.
