光学显微镜测量活塞硬质阳极氧化层厚度的不确定度评定

摘要 根据JJF 1059-2012和GB/T 6462-2005,采用光学显微镜和金相图像分析软件对活塞硬质阳极氧化层厚度进行观察和测量,从试验重复性、试样镶嵌的垂直度以及光学显微镜校准对活塞硬质阳极氧化层厚度测量结果不确定度的影响进行了分析和阐述,并对每个不确定度分量进行了评定、计算和合成,最终给出了扩展不确定度及测量结果的不确定度报告。结果表明:活塞硬质阳极氧化层的厚度为10.13μm,扩展不确定度U=1.24μm,包含因子k=2。 According to JJF 1059-2012 and GB/T 6462--2005, the thickness of the piston hard anodized layer was observed and measured by optical microscope and metallographical analysis software. From the aspects of test repeatability, sample mounting perpendicularity and optical microscope calibration, the influence on thickness measurement uncertainty of piston hard anodized payer was analyzed and illustrated. Each uncertainty factor was evaluated, calculated and combined, and finally the expanded uncertainty was give and the measurement uncertainty was reported. The result show that the thickness of piston hard anodized layer was 10.13μm, and the expanded uncertainty U was 1.24 μm when the coverage factor k was 2.
