摘要
针对GH4099合金制成的蜂窝芯与蒙皮材料,对耐高温轻量化金属蜂窝结构中蜂窝芯与蒙皮钎接部位的缺陷进行了分析及分类,并对该区域的显微组织及化学成分进行了研究。
The alloy of GH4099 was used as honeycomb core and outer skin materials for metal honeycomb structure which had the features of high temperature resistant and light weight. The defect existing in the brazing part of honeycomb core and outer skin was analyzed and classified, and the microstructure and the chemical composition of the brazing part were also studied.
