摘要
通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、断口及能谱分析等方法对弹簧强压立定时发生断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:弹簧近表面存在条带状偏析,且其上分布着数量较多的非金属夹杂物,在淬火时诱发内裂纹,导致弹簧在强压立定过程中发生断裂。
By methods of macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, fracture and spectrum analysis and so on, the cause of spring fracture during compressive setting was analyzed. The results show that the main reason of spring fracture was the segregation band existing in the near-surface and plenty of non-metallic inclusion on the segregation band. Inner crack was induced during quenching, and finally the spring fractured during the compressive setting.
