摘要
在乙醇介质中,罗红霉素与2,4-二硝基苯酚发生荷移反应,体系在365nm处产生一个强的吸收峰。在最佳反应条件下,罗红霉素的质量浓度在0.006~0.050g·L^-1范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为1.8mg·L^-1。该法用于市售罗红霉素片剂中罗红霉素的含量测定,测定结果与标示值相符。
In an ethanolic medium,roxithromycin reacted with 2,4-dinitrophenol to form a charge-transfer complex,which showed a maximum absorption peak at 365 nm.Under the optimum condition,linear relationship was found between values of adsorbances and mass concentrations of roxithromycin in the range of 0.006-0.050g·L^-1 with detection limit(3S/N)of 1.8mg·L^-1.The proposed method was used in the determination of roxithromycin in its tablets,giving results in agreement with the labeled value.
