摘要
[目的]探讨3个OT系列切花百合品种开花期光合作用的日变化特性。[方法]以从荷兰引进的3个OT系列切花百合品种可可茶(Cocossa)、冰块(Ice Cube)、萨塔瑞罗(Saltarello)为供试材料,在开花期对各品种光合作用的日变化进行观测,比较了不同品种光合作用的共性和特性。[结果]在相同光照及高温条件下,冰块(Ice Cube)用"午休"来减少光合作用及叶片水分蒸腾速率,且该品种对光能的利用率较高;可可茶(Cocossa)具有较好的耐旱性和节水能力;冰块(Ice Cube)午间光合速率降低主要是受非气孔限制因素的影响。[结论]该研究可为OT系列百合品种的筛选及优质高效栽培与管理提供理论依据。
[ Objective] The research aimed to discuss the diurnal variations of photosynthetic characteristics of three OT series cut-flower lily varieties in flowering stage. [ Method] Taking three OT series cut-flower lily varieties including Cocossa,Ice Cube,Saltarello as test materials,the diurnal variations of photosynthetic characteristics of each variety in the flowering stage were observed. The commonness and characteristics of photosynthesis of different varieties were analyzed. [ Restdt ] Under the same hght and high temperature conditions,Ice Cube used a " lunch break" to reduce photosynthesis and leaf transpiration rate and it had higher utilization rate of light energy. Cocossa had better drought resistance and water-saving ability. The depression of photosynthetic rate of Ice Cube was influenced by non-stomatal limitations. [ Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical basis for the screening and high-quality efficient cultivation and management of OT series cut-flower lily varieties.
