摘要
酿酒葡萄的收获最终是通过振摇葡萄藤,使葡萄果粒与葡萄藤分离。利用Adams软件进行葡萄藤的运动学和动力学仿真试验,通过分析试验结果得到收获酿酒葡萄需要的最佳振动频率和激振力幅值。首先利用Solid Works软件建立酿酒葡萄植株的三维模型,再将其导入ADAMS软件中进行柔性化处理;通过对葡萄藤柔性体模型施加激振力模拟葡萄藤在收获过程中的受力情况,利用Adams软件进行仿真试验,得到葡萄藤受迫振动时葡萄果穗和葡萄果粒的惯性力变化曲线;最后分析试验结果,确定了机械收获酿酒葡萄的最佳振动频率和激振力幅值组合,分别为:600 Hz和35 N,550 Hz和45 N,500 Hz和60 N,450 Hz和75 N。研究结果对酿酒葡萄收获机械研制过程中收获机构性能参数的确定和优化有重要参考价值。
The harvest of wine grape is separate wine grape from grapevine by vibrate grapevine. Using Adams software, kinematics and dynamics simulation experiment of grapevine was conducted, through analyzing experiment results, the best frequency and amplitude of vibration force was obtained. Firstly ,the 3D model of grapevine was established based on SolidWorks ,then imported it into Adams. Thirdly ,the mode] was flexible by Adams module Adams/ViewFlex; Exerting vibration force on 3D model to simulate the force condition of grapevine during the harvesting time by machine,then we got simulation curves of the inertia force of a grape FI and the inertia force of a grape dusters F2 by changing the two influence factors,i, e the frequency and amplitude of vibration force by Adams software. Lastly,by analyzing the results of simulation test,we got that conclusion: the best combination of frequency and amplitude of vibration force to harvest wine grapes is: 600 Hz and 35 N,550 Hz and 45 N,500 Hz and 60 N,450 Hz and 75 N. Through the verification to vibration acceleration of wine grape,the conclusion of the simulation is credible.
