冠突散囊菌液体培养条件的正交优化

Optimization of Liquid Culture Conditions of Eurotium cristatum Using Orthogonal Design

[目的]研究冠突散囊菌(Eurotium cristatum)液体培养条件。[方法]采用L16(45)正交试验设计,对影响冠突散囊菌生长的主要因素,包括黑茶浓度、蔗糖浓度、p H、培养温度和接种量进行5因素4水平筛选分析。[结果]冠突散囊菌最优的液体培养条件为:黑茶浓度为0.7%,蔗糖浓度为5%,p H为5,培养温度为29℃,接种量为1%(孢子浓度为6.0×108cfu/ml)。[结论]该研究可为现代发酵工程技术应用于茯砖茶生产提供科学依据。

[ Objective] To study the liquid culture conditions of Eurotium cr/statura. [ Method] Using L16 （4 5） orthogonal design to analyze the main factors that affect the growing of Eurotium cristatum, including the concentration of black tea, sugar concentration, pH, temperature and in- eculation quantity level. [ Result] The best culture conditions were 0.7% black tea juice, 5% glucose, pH 5, culture temperature 29℃ , inocu- lation quantity 1% （the concentration of spore was 6.0×10s cfu/ml）. [Conclusion] The study provides scientific basis for applying the modem fermentation technology in the production of Fuzhuan tea.
