农业水价综合改革背景下节水收益分配机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于合作博弈理论和中国水资源管理体制现状(即政府主导与市场辅助),结合影响理性经济行为的风险应激,建立节水收益博弈分配模型,并运用纳什积等方法对效益分配模型纳什均衡的解进行推导及探讨。基于分配相关要素间关系的探讨,解析节水收益分配决策机理。结果认为,风险因子对分配结果起到关键性的作用,政府的调控行为和博弈双方的风险态度是其诱因。 Based on the theory of cooperative game and the current situation of water resources management system in China ( i. e government leading, market assistant), combined with the risk stress of the rational economic behavior, water saving benefit distribution game model was established, and using Nash product method to derive and discuss the Nash equilibrium solution of the benefit distribution model. Based on the discussion of relationship among the distribution related factors, the mechanism of water saving benefit distribution was analyzed. The results showed that the risk factors played a key role in the distribution, the government~ regulation behavior and the risk attitude of both parties were the incentives.
