摘要 为了解决给智能家用电器所用到的ASIC芯片提供稳定电源电压的问题,设计出阻容降压的稳压电路,该电路对市电进行阻容降压、半波整流、滤波,在稳压电路引入深度电压负反馈使输出电压稳定,该电路具有抗电网干扰和防浪涌功能;经过瞬态分析后,输出电压最终稳定在5.085 9 V,与实际电路测试结果5.04 V仅相差0.045 9 V,该稳压电路已成功应用于电子产品中。 In order to provide the stabilizing power supply voltage for the ASIC chip used in the smart household appliances, regulator circuit based on RC power supply was designed. The circuit executed RC power supply, half wave rectification and filtering to electric city. Output voltage remained stable because of the regulator circuit with deep negative feedback. It can be effectively prevent interference about power grid and surge voltage. The output voltage was stable at 5.085 9 V after transient analysis. The test results showed output voltage was 5.04 V. The difference between the theoretical and practical values was 0.045 9 V. The regulator circuit has been applied to the electronic products successfully.
