摘要
通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定了不同比例Al-RDX混合炸药的热分解过程,分别获得不同升温速率下的热分解峰温。根据Kissinger方程计算了不同比例Al-RDX混合炸药热分解的表观活化能和指前因子,研究了不同比例Al-RDX对其混合炸药热分解表观活化能Ea的影响。结果表明:随着Al-RDX比例的逐渐变化,热分解活化能Ea先下降后升高。从理论上导出了符合试验结果描述的热分解活化能Ea与Al-RDX比例的关系式。同时,发现不同比例Al-RDX混合炸药的热分解活化能Ea与指前因子的对数ln A之间存在着动力学补偿效应。
The decomposition of different proportions of Al-RDX hybrid explosives were determined by differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ), and the decomposition kinetic parameters ( Ea and lnA ) were calculated by means of Kissinget equation. The effects of Al-RDX ratio on the thermal decomposition activation energy Ea were studied. The results indicate that after initial decline the Ea values tend to rise with the decreasing of Al-RDX ratio. A good relation, which is in agreement with experiment results and can represent the correlation of Ea with the mass ration of AI-RDX, is derived from theory. Additionally, it is found that a compensation effect exits between the DSC decomposition kinetic parameters (lnA and Ea) for all the Al-RDX samples.
