Preparation of Al/Ni Self-supporting Energetic Nanofilms and Its Application in the Thermal Battery

摘要 采用真空磁控溅射镀膜和光刻技术制备出成膜质量良好的Al/Ni自支撑纳米含能薄膜,并将其应用于热电池中,替代传统热电池中的锆加热剂作为热电池的热源组件。结果表明:采用Al/Ni自支撑纳米含能薄膜作为热电池中的加热剂材料能够提升热电池性能;利用末端加热工艺可有效减少热电池的热损失;在不同电流密度下激发,激活时间与输出电流密度成正比,工作时间和峰值电压与输出电流密度成反比。 The Al/Ni self-supporting energetic nanofihns has been prepared by the vacuum magnetron sputtering coating and photolithographic technology and applied to thermal battery aiming at substituting for the conventional zirconium heating agent. Results show that the Al/Ni self-supporting energetic nanofilms used as the heating agent materials can improve the performance of the thermal battery, and effectively reduce the heat loss with the end-heating. Under the excitation of the different current densities, the output current densities is proportional to the activation time, while is inversely pro- portional to both the working time and peak voltage.
