摘要
绩效考核作为绩效管理的一环,是人们重点关心的对象之一。虽然很多企业在不断学习、运用先进的绩效考核理论及方法,但实践效果却不尽人意。本文围绕如何考核工作结果这一主题,从绩效考核定义、考核指标、易犯之错及准确考核等方面进行梳理,以期了解绩效考核的发展动向以及尚待研究的课题,为进一步加深理解和深入研究做一些尝试。
Performance assessment is part of performance management, causing huge attention for a long time. Though many corporations keep learning and adopting advanced theories and methods, the result is poor considering the original target. This paper focuses on the theme: how to do performance assessment, reviewing the concept of performance assessment, related indicators, mistakes as well accurate assessment, in order to understand the development trend for future in-depth research.
