试析基于员工敬业度的绩效管理模型

摘要 目前许多企业为了将工作绩效提升到更高的水平,越来越重视企业的绩效管理系统。我们建议,企业要想提高绩效,最好以提高员工敬业度为导向。为了实现这一点,本文提出了绩效管理过程的一种新途径,即通过提高员工敬业度来提高绩效。本文为读者展现了一个敬业度管理模型,从绩效认同、敬业度便利、绩效和敬业度评价及反馈等三个方面分析了绩效管理和敬业度模型的作用机制。为如何培养和管理员工的敬业度以实现更高的工作绩效提出了一个新的视角。
