急诊输尿管镜解除梗阻治疗急性肾功能衰竭

Efficacy of Ureteroscopy in Relieve Obstruction and Emergency Acute Renal Failure

目的 对急诊输尿管镜解除梗阻治疗急性肾功能衰竭进行分析与探讨。方法 以我院在2011年5月-2014年6月收治的30例输尿管结石梗阻至急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨采取输尿管镜钬激光碎石取石的治疗效果。结果 29例患者经过输尿管碎石取石成功,1例患者的输尿管上段结石部分被击碎之后,进入到肾盂,术后患者的血清BUN、Cr均显示恢复正常,尿量恢复正常。结论 采用输尿管镜对输尿管结石梗阻导致急性肾功能衰竭进行治疗,具有微创、安全、疗效好以及恢复快等优点,能够有效处理双侧输尿管的病变。

Objective Ureteroscopy relieve obstruction of emergency treatment of acute renal failure were analyzed and discussed. Methods In our hospital in May 2011 to June 2014,30 cases of ureteral calculi obstruction to the clinical data of patients with acute renal failure were retrospectively analyzed. Consider ureter mirror the therapeutic effect of holmium laser lithotripsy removed. Results After 29 patients ureteral lithotomy successful debris,1 cases of ureteral Duan Jieshi part was break,into the renal pelvis. Postoperative patients with serum BUN and Cr showed back to normal,Urine output back to normal. Conclusion With ureteroscopy treatment of ureteral calculi obstruction leads to acute renal failure,with a minimal y invasive,safe,good curative effect and the advantages of rapid recovery,Can effectively deal with bilateral ureteral lesions.
