摘要
目的分析术后早期营养对胆管癌患者术后营养及胃肠功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的胆管癌手术患者64例,将其随机分为对照组(常规饮食护理)与观察组(术后早期营养护理)。结果术后观察组患者TP、ALB、Hb等指标优于对照组(P<0.05);肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及首次排便时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予胆管癌患者术后早期营养护理的应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the early postoperative nutrition on postoperative cholangiocarcinoma nutrition and gastrointestinal function in patients. Methods Bile duct cancer surgery patients in our hospital,64 cases were randomly divided into control group(conventional diet care)and observation group(early postoperative nutritional care). Results Postoperative patients TP,ALB,Hb and other indicators than the control group(P〈 0.05),the recovery time of bowel sounds,flatus and first defecation were less than the control group(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Patients with cholangiocarcinoma were treated early postoperative nutritional care of a higher value.
