摘要
目的探讨双侧开颅不同手术时机与方式治疗外伤性多发性颅内血肿的效果。方法选取56例颅内血肿患者为研究对象,依照手术时机分成观察组和对照组两组,观察组采取一期双侧开颅手术,对照组采取分期双侧开颅手术,对比两组效果。结果对照组的去骨瓣减压术后效果高于观察组(P<0.05),随访6个月观察组的治疗良好率高于对照组(P<0.05),重残及死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对于外伤性多发性颅内血肿应根据具体情况选择手术时机及术式,通常情况下采用一期双侧手术治疗的效果优于分期手术。
Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma with different operation time and way. Methods 56 cases of patients with intracranial hematoma as the research object,according to the operation time is divided into observation group and control group two groups,the observation group to take a bilateral craniotomy operation,the control group to take the bilateral craniotomy,compared with the effect of the two groups. Results The reduction rate of the bone graft in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）, and the good rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）,and the mortality rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the case of traumatic multiple intracranial hematoma,the operation time and operation should be chosen according to the specific circumstances.
